Hi namroy.
This is an 'alpha', which means that we are testing it to see if it works on everybody's computer and to find out what people think of the game so far.
This isn't a demo, we are still working on finishing the game.

Hola namroy.
Se trata de un "alfa", lo que significa que estamos probando para ver si funciona en el ordenador de todos y para averiguar lo que la gente piensa en el juego hasta el momento.
Esto no es una demo, todavĂa estamos trabajando en terminar el juego.

Ah, the game crashes horribly when I press the 'F' key.
Also I believe the default camera mode should be the first person camera mode as we know it from the original Battlezone game.
And definitely I am missing the original physics with obstacles and hover jumping and linear rocket flights and the engine sounds.
The graphics looks fine, though, thanks to the authors.

I would be glad to help with system requirements if the dev's would accept me doing it. I have several machines. One, right now, is pretty much bare bones and will be upgraded by next week. I will be doing it on my own for my own knowledge of the game but I would be glad to share my findings.

Downloading now.

Before even testing I think it's a good observation to say that the game doesn't seem like it's going to  be very kind to bare bones desktop machines or laptops. Perhaps the dev's should consider a financially challenged gamer in some way. I would like to see a lot of people playing.

Hi Bort, thanks for your support. Cool

We definately want to support people that don't have the best desktops and we're even testing it on some laptops. "Bare bones" is quite vague though but we're hoping to get as lower minimum system requirements as we can with the Unreal Engine.

Pre-beta builds are mainly about getting it running and adding content though. Optimisations come later and may change the requirements siginificantly. However, performance statistics are still greatly appreciated at this point. It highlights any problem areas and we get a little insignt on the final requirements; we know that it'll be no higher than the pre-optimised builds.

We particulary want to know if some machines have any problems that aren't to do with performance (not running, graphical artifacts, etc).
